Job Summary

Reviewing and processing loan applications for various products, the full-time remote Loan Processor II will verify client documentation, engage with customers to gather information, and ensure a smooth application experience.

Key responsibilities

• Review client uploads and verify supporting documents for loan applications
• Engage with clients via phone and email to provide information and support throughout the application process
• Identify opportunities for procedural improvements and assist in preparing audit materials

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent
• 2-3 years of experience in reviewing consumer credit applications
• Strong underwriting and financial analysis skills
• Ability to read and validate complex financial and identity documentation
• Knowledge of consumer lending and associated financial risks
