Job Summary

Working remotely during Midwest time zone business hours, the full-time Loan Processor will manage various steps in the mortgage loan manufacturing process, ensuring compliance and organizing documentation for underwriting submissions.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain knowledge of processing procedures for various loan types, including FHA and VA
• Perform verifications of employment, tax transcripts, and order credit-related documents
• Organize documentation and data entry to prepare applications for underwriting submission

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Processing experience preferred
• Experience using Encompass preferred
• Strong mathematical and judgment skills
• Proficient with Microsoft Office suite
