Job Summary

Owning a pipeline of homeowner applications, the full-time remote Loan Processor will manage the processing from intake to underwriting, ensuring accuracy and efficiency while collaborating with Sales and Underwriting teams.

Key responsibilities

• Own a pipeline of homeowner applications and move each through processing
• Collect supplemental information and place orders with third-party vendors for necessary documentation
• Review documentation for completeness and compile application packages for underwriting readiness

Required qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in loan processing, finance operations, compliance, or related fields
• Proven track record of accuracy, completeness, and efficiency in previous roles
• Experience collaborating cross-functionally and building relationships with stakeholders
• Strong computer skills, preferably with Salesforce experience
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree
