Loan Processor

Job Summary

Providing quality customer service in a remote environment, the full-time Loan Processor will manage the loan documentation process, ensuring compliance with regulations and facilitating communication between customers and loan officers.

Key responsibilities

• Perform thorough reviews of borrower's credit, employment, income, and assets before submitting to underwriting
• Assemble complete loan packages and verify all required documentation for accuracy and compliance
• Communicate with various parties to obtain necessary third-party documentation and manage the loan pipeline efficiently

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 5 years' residential mortgage processing experience
• Experience with Encompass and knowledge of RESPA regulations
• Familiarity with DU, LP, Microsoft Office, and Windows
• Excellent math and analytical skills
