Job Summary

To support the efficient operations of a remote loan servicing department, the part-time Loan Processor will process commercial real estate loan data, perform account reconciliations, and manage payment processing over a 6-month contract.

Key responsibilities

• Process and verify commercial real estate loan data into required computer systems, ensuring accuracy in loan servicing transactions
• Reconcile and balance cash in bank accounts, preparing timely reports and resolving account outages
• Perform various loan servicing functions, including tax contract ordering and insurance renewal processing

Required qualifications

• Associate's degree in real estate, finance, business, or a related field
• Three to four years of relevant work experience in an office environment with a focus on accounting or systems reconciliation
• No professional certification required
