Job Summary

Working remotely during Central Time Zone business hours, the full-time Loan Processor will manage various steps in the mortgage loan manufacturing process, including processing applications and documentation while ensuring compliance with industry regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain knowledge of current mortgage processing procedures and perform necessary verifications
• Organize documentation and prepare applications for submission to underwriting
• Ensure compliance with investor and legal guidelines while communicating effectively with internal and external parties

Required qualifications

• Processing experience preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Experience using Encompass preferred
• Strong mathematical and judgment skills necessary
• Proficient with Microsoft Office suite
