Loan Processor

Job Summary

Providing quality customer service in a remote environment, the full-time Loan Processor will manage documentation for loan underwriting, communicate with customers and Loan Officers, and ensure compliance with mortgage regulations.

Key responsibilities:

• Perform thorough reviews and analyses of borrowers' credit, employment, income, and assets prior to submission to underwriting
• Assemble complete loan packages and prepare files for underwriting review while ensuring compliance with mortgage-related regulations
• Communicate with third-party vendors and internal teams to obtain necessary documentation and clear outstanding items

Required qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 5+ years of residential mortgage processing experience
• Experience with Encompass and knowledge of RESPA regulations
• Familiarity with DU, LP, Microsoft Office, and Windows
• Excellent math and analytical skills
