Loan Processor
Job Summary
Providing quality customer service in a remote environment, the full-time Loan Processor will manage the documentation process for underwriting loans, ensuring compliance with regulations and assembling complete loan packages.
Key responsibilities:
- Perform thorough reviews and analyses of borrowers' credit, employment, income, and assets before submitting to underwriting
- Assemble complete loan packages and verify all required documentation for compliance with mortgage-related regulations
- Communicate directly with Loan Originators and customers to obtain necessary documentation and manage the loan pipeline efficiently
Required qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 5 years of residential mortgage processing experience
- Experience with Encompass and knowledge of RESPA regulations
- Familiarity with DU, LP, Microsoft Office, and Windows
- Excellent math and analytical skills
