Loan Processor
Job Summary
To support a growing team, the full-time remote Loan Processor will manage the loan documentation process, ensuring compliance with regulations and effective communication with customers and Loan Officers.
Key responsibilities:
- Perform thorough reviews and analyses of borrowers' credit, employment, income, and assets before submitting to underwriting
- Assemble complete loan packages and verify all required documentation for accuracy and compliance
- Communicate with various parties to obtain necessary documentation and manage the loan pipeline efficiently
Required qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 5 years' residential mortgage processing experience
- Experience with Encompass software
- Working knowledge of RESPA regulations and general mortgage lending regulations
- Proficiency in DU, LP, Microsoft Office, and Windows
