Job Summary
To support the Montvale, NJ office, the full-time remote Loan Processor will manage the loan documentation process, ensuring compliance with regulations while providing quality customer service and communication with clients and loan officers.
Key responsibilities
- Perform thorough reviews and analyses of borrower documentation before submitting to underwriting
- Assemble complete loan packages and verify all required documentation for accuracy and compliance
- Communicate with various parties to obtain necessary third-party documentation and manage the loan pipeline effectively
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 5 years' residential mortgage processing experience
- Experience with Encompass software
- Working knowledge of RESPA regulations and general mortgage lending regulations
- Proficiency in DU, LP, Microsoft Office, and Windows
