Loan Processor
Job Summary
To support the processing of mortgage loans, the full-time Loan Processor will manage end-to-end loan processing, ensuring accuracy and compliance while providing an exceptional borrower experience in a fully remote capacity.
Key responsibilities
- Review and audit loan submissions for accuracy and completeness
- Order and manage third-party services such as appraisals and title work
- Collaborate with underwriters and Loan Officers to prepare files for clear-to-close
Required qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 3 years of mortgage loan processing and/or basic underwriting experience
- Experience with loan products including Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, FHA, VA, and USDA
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and mortgage loan origination systems
- 1+ years of customer service experience preferred
