Loan Processor
Job Summary
Providing quality customer service in a remote environment, the full-time Loan Processor will obtain necessary documentation for underwriting, perform thorough reviews of borrower information, and ensure compliance with mortgage regulations.
Key responsibilities
- Perform a thorough review and analysis of borrower's credit, employment, income, and assets before submitting to underwriting
- Assemble complete loan packages and verify all required documentation for accuracy and compliance
- Communicate with Loan Originators and customers to obtain necessary documentation and manage the loan pipeline effectively
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 5 years' residential mortgage processing experience
- Experience with Encompass
- Working knowledge of RESPA regulations and general mortgage lending regulations
- Knowledge of DU, LP, Microsoft Office, and Windows
