Job Summary
Providing quality customer service in a remote environment, the full-time Loan Processor will manage documentation for loan underwriting, verify compliance with regulations, and communicate with customers and loan officers to ensure a smooth processing experience.
Key responsibilities:
- Perform thorough reviews and analysis of borrower's credit, employment, income, and assets prior to underwriting
- Assemble complete loan packages and verify all required documentation for accuracy and compliance
- Communicate with various parties to obtain necessary third-party documentation and manage the loan pipeline efficiently
Required qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 5 years' residential mortgage processing experience
- Experience with Encompass software
- Working knowledge of RESPA regulations and general mortgage lending regulations
- Excellent math and analytical skills
