Job Summary

A company is looking for an IPA Loan Processor II.

Key Responsibilities

• Process Agency/HUD/Life Company loans and assist with mortgage loan applications
• Collect, organize, and review application documents for completeness and accuracy
• Interact with internal and external parties and provide guidance to less experienced staff

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and three years of multifamily/commercial real estate experience, or 7 years of combined education and experience in lieu of a degree
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office products, especially Word and Excel
• Self-motivated with strong time management and organizational skills
• Ability to meet deadlines and handle multiple assignments in a high-volume environment
• Experience in real estate and/or multifamily real estate preferred
