Key Responsibilities

• Process and pre-underwrite various types of mortgage loans ensuring compliance with standards
• Monitor the loan processing cycle and communicate issues that may delay closing
• Review loan documentation for completeness and compliance before submission to underwriting

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; college courses in Business, Finance, or related fields preferred
• Five or more years of experience as a Loan Processor, with specific experience in conventional and FHA loans
• Expert knowledge of mortgage lending processes and federal/state regulations
• Strong judgment and critical thinking skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks in a deadline-driven environment
