Loan Processor Manager

Job Summary

Leading a remote team, the full-time Loan Processor Manager will provide guidance and support to the Loan Processing Team, ensuring compliance with company standards while improving loan file quality and maintaining a pipeline of loans.

Key responsibilities:

• Work with processors to enhance the quality of loan submissions to underwriting and closing
• Monitor and analyze processing reports, tracking team performance against management objectives
• Conduct weekly staff meetings and communicate updates on policies and procedures to the processing team

Required qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of mortgage processing experience
• Minimum 3 years of experience with FHA/VA/FNMA/FHLMC loan processing
• Experience in employee training is preferred
• Knowledge of closing and title requirements, loan processing, and automated underwriting systems
• Encompass LOS experience is preferred
