Job Summary

A company is looking for a Loan Production Partner to assist applicants in the mortgage process.

Key Responsibilities

• Prequalify home loan applications and issue pre-approval letters
• Collaborate with Loan Officer(s), borrowers, and other parties to ensure timely loan closings
• Oversee the loan pipeline to maintain a high success rate in loan processing

• Experience in the mortgage industry or related field
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
• Knowledge of cash, credit, capacity, and collateral assessments
