Loan Remittance Support Specialist

Job Summary

To support client engagement and software implementation, the full-time Loan Remittance Support Specialist will manage loan accounting and investor reporting functions, perform remittance processing, and provide ongoing system support while working remotely.

Key responsibilities:

• Execute client loan accounting and investor reporting functions utilizing SBO
• Perform remittance processing and support client implementation and conversion functions
• Communicate with clients to provide system support and resolve production issues

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of relevant industry experience, preferably at a Senior Analyst or Analyst level
• 3+ years of experience in loan accounting or investor reporting functions
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, including data manipulation
• Experience with software development teams and testing software enhancements
