Loan Resolution Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Loan Resolution Specialist II.

Key Responsibilities

• Contact responsible parties on loans to determine the cause of delinquency
• Assist in developing plans to reinstate member obligations through repayment arrangements
• Make recommendations for actions to protect the interests of the Credit Union

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; Associate degree preferred
• Knowledge of Debtor/Creditor Collection Law and Fair Debt Collections Practices Act
• Experience in a call center environment is beneficial
• Basic to intermediate operational knowledge of office and PC equipment
• Bilingual (Spanish) is desired
