Loan Servicing Administrator

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Loan Servicing Administrator to manage commercial real estate loans and related processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate loan closings, modifications, and payoffs with various stakeholders
• Process construction draws and escrow disbursements while interfacing with banks and vendors
• Mentor and train other members of the Loan Servicing department

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business or Accounting preferred
• 5 or more years of relevant experience required
• Experience in real estate and/or banking required
• Knowledge of commercial real estate mortgage documents and terms
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially advanced skills in Microsoft Excel
