Loan Servicing Associate

Job Summary

Assisting with the implementation of systems and documentation procedures, the full-time remote Loan Servicing Associate will manage loan administrative activities for commercial and ABL loans, including recording new loans, processing payments, and responding to customer inquiries.

Key responsibilities

• Record new loans and customers in the loan servicing system, including various loan types
• Process originations and participations for member loans, acting as the agent for re-syndicated loans
• Perform complete loan administrative and servicing activities for a portfolio of commercial and healthcare ABL loans

Required qualifications

• Associate's Degree required; Bachelor's Degree preferred
• Minimum of 2 years of experience with commercial loan or financial transaction processing
• High level of proficiency with technology-based systems and applications
• Proven ability to meet deadlines while completing thorough and error-free documentation
• Superior client service skills required
