Key Responsibilities

Monitor daily servicing operations including payments, adjustments, and customer inquiries

Required Qualifications

3+ years in consumer loan servicing or financial operations, preferably in FinTech
Hands-on experience with SQL, Excel, and Databricks
Experience in writing SOPs and designing workflows
Strong analytical skills
