Job Summary

A company is looking for a Loan Servicing Portfolio Manager - Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and assess risk for Loan Events on a $10+ billion commercial mortgage portfolio
• Prepare written analyses and present recommendations to senior management for loan events
• Track Loan Events for timely resolution and perform closing functions in collaboration with legal counsel

Required Qualifications

• 2-5 years of commercial/multifamily real estate mortgage lending experience
• Experience in underwriting, due diligence, and risk analysis
• Familiarity with loan documentation and entity organizational documentation
• Understanding of title insurance
• Ability to travel for in-person events as required
