Job Summary

A company is looking for a Loan Servicing Quality Assurance Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess document provisioning and remediation plans for compliance
• Conduct testing for internal and external findings to ensure compliance and successful plan implementation
• Maintain documentation and track assignments using SharePoint and other systems

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma required; bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
• Three or more years of experience in mortgage/loan servicing
• Two or more years of experience with quality data analysis, testing, and reporting
• Knowledge of mortgage industry terminology and servicing timelines
• Proficient in MS Office, with basic skills in Excel
