Loan Servicing Quality Assurance Analyst

Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Loan Servicing Quality Assurance Analyst will apply analytical and testing skills to ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements while conducting assessments and evaluations of loan servicing processes.

Key responsibilities

• Complete thorough assessments of document provisioning and remediation plans to identify necessary clarifications
• Evaluate process remediations from servicing business units for compliance sufficiency and conduct testing for internal and external findings
• Create and maintain documentation of processes, reports, and procedures in accordance with department policy

Required qualifications

• High school diploma required; bachelor's degree or equivalent job experience preferred
• Three or more years of experience in mortgage/loan servicing
• Two or more years of experience with quality data analysis, testing, and reporting
• Knowledge of mortgage industry terminology and servicing timelines
• Proficient in MS Office, with basic skills in Excel
