Key Responsibilities

• Contact customers to collect overdue payments and discuss payment arrangements
• Document all customer interactions and account activities using collection software
• Monitor payment trends and engage with customers showing signs of financial difficulty

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 0-3 years relevant work experience in collections or customer service
• Previous experience managing delinquent accounts effectively
• Advanced knowledge of collections processes and applicable laws
• Proficiency with collection software and basic office software
