Loan Servicing Representative

Job Summary

Minimizing losses through effective recovery efforts, the full-time Loan Servicing Representative will assist customers with overdue payments, answer inquiries, and utilize calling strategies to arrange payment solutions in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Contact customers to collect overdue payments and discuss payment arrangements
• Document all customer interactions and account activities using collection software
• Review delinquent accounts to identify at-risk cases and escalate complex issues as needed

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 0-3 years of relevant work experience in collections or customer service
• Strong negotiation skills with experience in managing delinquent accounts
• Advanced knowledge of collections processes and applicable laws
• Proficiency with collection software and basic office software such as MS Office
