Loan Servicing Representative

Job Summary

Minimizing losses through effective recovery efforts, the full-time Loan Servicing Representative will assist customers with overdue payments and inquiries while working remotely to achieve collection targets and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Contact customers to collect overdue payments and discuss payment arrangements
• Document all customer interactions and account activities using collection software
• Monitor payment trends and engage with customers showing signs of financial difficulty

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 0-3 years of relevant work experience in collections or customer service
• Strong negotiation skills with a focus on reaching mutually beneficial agreements
• Advanced knowledge of collections processes and applicable laws
• Proficiency with collection software and basic office software such as MS Office
