Loan Servicing Specialist

Job Summary

Providing exceptional customer support in a remote environment, the full-time Loan Servicing Specialist will assist borrowers with inquiries, manage new loan setups, and ensure data accuracy while operating within Eastern Standard Time hours.

Key responsibilities

• Manage new loan setups on the sub-servicing system and monitor data accuracy
• Handle inbound and outbound calls from borrowers, addressing their loan servicing inquiries
• Coordinate with various departments to obtain necessary documents and follow up on outstanding items

Required qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent in a business-related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• At least 1 year of residential mortgage processing experience
• Experience in banking or a financial-related field is preferred
• Knowledge of loan documentation, systems, and operations
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
