Job Summary

A company is looking for a Default Loan Servicing Specialist (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Service mortgage accounts to ensure compliance with state and federal laws and company guidelines
• Manage default proceedings and interact with various parties involved in the process
• Audit accounts for expense compliance and perform research on loans with questionable items

Required Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent
• 3+ years of directly related experience
• Working knowledge of fundamental concepts and practices in the field
• GSE and Government experience preferred
• MSP and LoanSphere experience preferred
