Job Summary

A company is looking for a Loan Servicing Specialist to provide support and risk mitigation in consumer lending.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify issues to improve customer experience and solve inquiries related to Cash Borrow
  • Understand escalation paths to triage customer needs and mitigate risk
  • Document product bugs and suggest process improvements based on customer feedback
Required Qualifications
  • 1+ years of experience with a financial institution or payment provider preferred
  • Experience in direct customer or client-facing roles
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Willingness to work weekends and public holidays as needed
