Job Summary
A company is looking for a Loan Servicing Specialist to provide support and risk mitigation in consumer lending.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify issues to improve customer experience and solve inquiries related to Cash Borrow
- Understand escalation paths to triage customer needs and mitigate risk
- Document product bugs and suggest process improvements based on customer feedback
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience with a financial institution or payment provider preferred
- Experience in direct customer or client-facing roles
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Willingness to work weekends and public holidays as needed
