Job Summary

A company is looking for a Loan Servicing Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

Set up new loans on the sub-servicing system and manage related documentation
Provide customer service support through inbound and outbound calls to borrowers
Monitor data accuracy and follow up with departments to ensure all loan documents are complete

Required Qualifications

Associate's degree or equivalent in a business-related field preferred
Experience in banking or a financial-related field preferred
Knowledge of loan documentation, loan systems, operations, and accounting
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
Experience in a call center environment is a plus
