Job Summary
A company is looking for a Loan Servicing Specialist with Spanish preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist members with questions and modifications related to consumer loan products through inbound and outbound communication
- Perform loan adjustments, corrections, and handle payoff requests accurately and timely
- Educate callers on loan processes and maintain knowledge of consumer loan products and regulations
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- Minimum of one year customer service or contact center experience required
- Minimum of one year banking or financial experience preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Basic computer and phone operating skills; intermediate skills in Microsoft Office preferred
- Proficiency in relevant internal systems and typing skills of at least 35 words per minute preferred
