Job Summary

A company is looking for a Loan Servicing Specialist with Spanish preferred.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist members with questions and modifications related to consumer loan products through inbound and outbound communication
  • Perform loan adjustments, corrections, and handle payoff requests accurately and timely
  • Educate callers on loan processes and maintain knowledge of consumer loan products and regulations
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
  • Minimum of one year customer service or contact center experience required
  • Minimum of one year banking or financial experience preferred
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Basic computer and phone operating skills; intermediate skills in Microsoft Office preferred
  • Proficiency in relevant internal systems and typing skills of at least 35 words per minute preferred
