Loan Servicing Specialist

Job Summary

Owning the full lifecycle servicing of the Bridge Loan portfolio, the remote Loan Servicing Specialist will manage a high-volume loan portfolio, ensuring exceptional borrower experiences while maintaining compliance and driving process improvements.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for borrowers, managing all servicing communications from funding through payoff
• Collaborate with title companies and borrowers to track active closings and issue accurate payoff statements
• Monitor loans approaching due dates, escalate delinquency risks, and propose resolution strategies in partnership with cross-functional teams

Required qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of loan servicing experience in the mortgage or financial services industry
• Experience in real estate preferred, such as Listing Agent or Listing Coordination
• Proficiency with loan servicing software and processes
• Strong reasoning skills and independent decision-making capability
• Ability to prioritize and manage a high volume of work effectively
