Loan Servicing Support Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Servicing Support Specialist responsible for processing correspondence related to ACH enrollment and handling payment-related requests.

Key Responsibilities

• Complete daily reviews of assigned tasks ensuring compliance with policies and procedures
• Review requests for missing payments, refunds, and late fee waivers before submission to the cashiering team
• Process ACH enrollment, activation, changes, and cancellations while collaborating with internal departments on servicing issues

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; college education preferred
• Minimum of two (2) years of related mortgage banking and/or financial industry experience preferred
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite required
• Familiarity with industry-specific software packages preferred
• Ability to organize and prioritize work effectively
