Loan Servicing System Administrator
Job Summary
Managing system enhancements and change management, the full-time remote Loan Servicing System Administrator will collaborate with Business Analysis and Customer Service teams to implement solutions that meet business requirements and ensure effective system functionality.
Key responsibilities
- Establish and maintain security roles and privileges for various systems, including Portal, MSP, and iDisburse
- Monitor and manage administrative reports, user accounts, and system errors to ensure operational efficiency
- Coordinate testing and implementation of system enhancements while providing top-level support to end-users
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related Business or Computer Sciences discipline preferred
- 3+ years of experience as a Servicing (MCP) System Administrator
- 5+ years of mortgage background applying technology solutions within a financial organization
- Experience as an Encompass System Administrator and in developing APIs for Servicing Systems preferred
- Familiarity with SDLC methodologies, Microsoft Office tools, and Azure cloud environment is a plus
