Job Summary

Loan Servicing Team Leader manages a fully remote Loan Servicing unit responsible for loan boarding and servicing activities, ensuring compliance and data integrity while overseeing staff productivity and quality control.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily activities of staff, monitoring workflow and addressing inefficiencies
• Ensure data integrity and compliance with established Service Level Agreement (SLA) standards
• Coordinate operational and compliance audits, implementing process enhancements to mitigate risks

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
• Knowledge of loan servicing regulations and core systems platforms
• Strong organizational, project, and time management skills
• Ability to present ideas and resolve conflicts within the team
