Loan Set-Up Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Loan Set-Up.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the Loan Set-Up department to ensure timely and accurate input of loan applications from wholesale brokers
• Act as the main communication contact between the Loan Set-Up department and other internal departments
• Train associates on policies and procedures while ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• 1 to 2 years of supervisory experience
• 8 or more years of directly related mortgage industry experience
• Proficient with Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
• Experience working in a paperless environment preferred
