Job Summary

A company is looking for a Specialist, Loan Set-Up, Wholesale, I.

Key Responsibilities

• Order FHA Case numbers for new FHA loans and broker requests
• Transfer FHA Case numbers to other lenders upon request
• Order and follow up on SSA verification checks and 4506 transcripts for new submissions

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent work experience required
• 1-2 years of previous office/clerical experience required
• Intermediate Microsoft Suite skills (Word, Excel, etc.) required
• Mortgage industry related experience preferred
