Loan Setup Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Specialist, Loan Set-Up, Wholesale, II.

Key Responsibilities

• Receives loan application submissions from wholesale brokers and enters or verifies information in the loan origination system
• Reviews new loan documentation for accuracy and submits files to the Wholesale Account Manager for processing
• Assists departmental support staff as needed

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent work experience
• Two to four years of loan setup experience
• Moderate computer skills and working knowledge of Microsoft Office products
• Ability to organize and prioritize workload and meet deadlines
• Some organizational skills and ability to work on several files simultaneously
