Loan Setup Specialist

Job Summary

Working remotely, the full-time Loan Setup Specialist will be responsible for inputting loan application submissions from wholesale brokers into the internal loan origination system, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Receive and verify loan application submissions from wholesale brokers
• Enter information into the loan origination system and review documentation for accuracy
• Submit files to the Wholesale Account Manager for processing and assist departmental support staff as needed

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent work experience
• Two to four years of loan setup experience
• Moderate computer skills and working knowledge of Microsoft Office products
• Ability to organize and prioritize workload effectively
• Some organizational skills and ability to manage multiple files simultaneously
