Job Summary

A company is looking for a Loan Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

Support Sr. Processors by performing loan documentation duties and entering information into Encompass
Request, review, and verify loan documents to ensure accuracy before sending to underwriting
Maintain communication with customers and loan agents regarding loan status and coordinate loan closings

Required Qualifications

1-2 years of current experience in processing mortgage loans
Proficient with Encompass or similar mortgage loan origination systems
Understanding of compliance regulations and investor guidelines
Demonstrated knowledge of various loan programs including FHA, VA, and Conventional loans
Familiarity with federal and state guidelines such as RESPA and TILA
