Job Summary

Managing the end-to-end processing of mortgage loan applications, the full-time Loan Specialist will ensure document accuracy, facilitate client communication, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the processing of mortgage loan applications and maintain compliance with regulatory standards
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing updates and addressing inquiries regarding their loan applications
• Monitor the loan pipeline to track application progress and ensure timely closings while resolving any issues that arise

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field
• Previous experience in mortgage lending operations or loan coordination is preferred
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy
• Familiarity with mortgage software and documentation tools
