Job Summary

Managing the end-to-end processing of mortgage loan applications, the full-time Loan Specialist will ensure document accuracy, facilitate communication with clients and stakeholders, and maintain compliance with industry regulations in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the processing and organization of mortgage loan applications, ensuring all necessary documentation is collected and reviewed
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing updates and addressing inquiries regarding their loan applications
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure a smooth application process and coordinate the closing of loans

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field
• Previous experience in mortgage lending operations or loan coordination is preferred
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Familiarity with mortgage software and documentation tools
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy
