Loan Support Analyst

Job Summary

To support the Asset Management team, the remote Loan Support Analyst will review new loan application requests, provide administrative assistance to Asset Managers, and assist with data entry and financial reporting over a contract-to-hire duration.

Key responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day administrative support to Asset Managers and Associate Asset Managers across assigned portfolios
• Assist with departmental task tracking, reporting, and coordination for quarterly and annual Asset Management deliverables
• Support the collection, tracking, and submission of borrower financials in coordination with Associate Asset Managers

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field
• 2-4 years of loan processing experience within a banking or financial institution
• Proficiency in Excel
• Experience with multifamily real estate and loan servicing preferred
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
