Loan Support Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Loan Support Consultant - Special Loan Servicing.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate requests from external parties regarding defaulted loans and process complex Commercial Real Estate servicing requests
• Ensure compliance with loan documents, accurately process transactions, and prepare management reports
• Maintain accurate loan records, resolve payment discrepancies, and support special projects for process improvement

Required Qualifications and Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Real Estate, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• 2+ years of related commercial loan servicing experience preferred
• Ability to efficiently utilize commercial loan processing systems
• Experience with PNC Commercial Real Estate Loan Processing Systems is a plus
• Ability to multi-task and work independently in a fast-paced environment
