Loan Support Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Loan Support Consultant - Special Servicing Liaison.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary liaison for coordinating requests related to defaulted loans and process complex commercial real estate servicing requests
• Ensure compliance with loan documentation and accurately process transactions while resolving payment discrepancies
• Maintain accurate loan records, execute loan maintenance transactions, and contribute to management reports and process improvement projects

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Real Estate, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• 2+ years of related commercial loan servicing experience preferred
• Ability to efficiently utilize commercial loan processing systems
• Experience with PNC Commercial Real Estate Loan Processing Systems is a plus
• Ability to multi-task and work independently in a fast-paced environment
