Job Summary

A company is looking for an Underwriter to evaluate loan applications and assess borrower creditworthiness for manufactured housing financing.

Key Responsibilities

• Review loan applications and supporting documentation for manufactured housing loans
• Assess borrower creditworthiness by analyzing financial statements and other relevant information
• Ensure compliance with lending regulations and collaborate with team members to address application deficiencies

Required Qualifications

• Previous experience as a loan underwriter or in a similar role, preferably with manufactured housing loans
• Strong knowledge of underwriting guidelines and lending regulations specific to manufactured housing
• Proficient in analyzing financial documents such as credit reports and tax returns
• Familiarity with loan origination software and document management platforms
• Adaptable to new technology systems and processes
