Job Summary
To support the execution of program and technical activities within the CMS/CCSQ Shared Services LOB, the remote LOB Lead will oversee cross-functional teams, ensure alignment with strategic priorities, and manage risks and dependencies across projects.
Key responsibilities
- Provide leadership and oversight across program and project teams, ensuring alignment with LOB priorities and timely delivery of milestones
- Coordinate program activities across multiple projects, supporting planning and execution of key program activities and facilitating resolution of cross-team dependencies
- Manage reporting and performance metrics, ensuring accurate and consistent data for decision-making and visibility into LOB performance
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (BA/BS)
- 10+ years of experience in program or project management within a federal IT or health IT environment
- Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional teams and coordinating complex program activities
- Experience with program governance, reporting, and stakeholder engagement
- PMP and/or SAFe Agile certification
