Job Summary

A company is looking for a Local Engagement Consultant in Remote, USA!

Key Responsibilities:

Partner with ECM, CS, CHW leads to support and understand Client implementation and operationalization of offerings
Educate internal staff and care teams on ECM, CS and CHW in existing forums
Represent Client in external meetings and trainings for external partners regarding ECM, CS, CHW program

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree
Operations background and / or CalAIM experience
2+ years of Medicaid experience (preferred Medi-Cal) specifically Managed Care Plans
Poise to communicate with a variety of different stakeholders
Strong project management skillset
